Community rules
Starchartt Community is a place to learn, test and discuss trading honestly. These rules protect every member.
1. Education, not advice
Nothing on this platform is financial, investment or trading advice. Posts, ideas, strategy tests and results are shared for education and discussion. Trading carries a high risk of loss, including more than you deposit with some products. Past results, including verified ones, do not guarantee future results.
2. Not allowed
- Selling signals, courses or services, or asking members to message you privately for them.
- Offering to manage, trade or "recover" anyone's account or money, or asking for money, passwords or deposits.
- Promising or implying guaranteed, risk-free or fixed returns.
- Fake, edited or misleading results. Performance claims should come from a verified account or a platform strategy test.
- Harassment, hate, spam, impersonation, or sharing someone's personal information.
3. Verified accounts
You can link an MT5 account with its investor (read-only) password. It can only read your trading history; it cannot place, change or close trades. Trading passwords are refused and deleted immediately. Investor passwords are stored encrypted and used only to read your results. You can unlink at any time, which deletes the stored password. Account numbers are never shown publicly.
4. Moderation
Posts that look like adverts for signals or money management are held for review automatically. Members can report posts, comments and members. Moderators may hide content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your data
We store what you give us (profile, posts, linked accounts) to run the community. We do not sell it. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted.
